Add employees to the dashboard

There are 2 ways how you can add employees to the Calmerry Program.

Send employees invitations

If you do not want to do manual work and send each employee an invitation.

Generate access code

If you would like to generate access codes and send them manually to your employees.

We are HIPPA complaint, we do not send any corporate emails to 3rd-party organization or in any of our marketing campaings.

Send employees invitations

In the “Employees” section, press “Invite employees

Select “Automated invitations” and enter the employees’ email addresses you wish to send an access code to.

Note: Employees can register under their corporate or personal emails.

After you press “Send” the specified employees will receive an invitation email with onboarding instructions.

If the email was not sent, you will see the error “Email is not sent,” and you can resend it.

Note: If you have the PEPM (per-employee-per-month) model, your limit is under “Seats.” You can not invite more employees than are in the contract. If you want to change that, please contact your account manager.

Generate access codes

In the “Employees” section, press “Invite employees

Choose “Manual invitations” and add the number of access codes you want to generate.

Press “Generate” to create the specified number of access codes.

Note: You can generate the needed amount now and then add more.

Note: Your limit is listed under the “Seats” section if you’re using the PEPM (per-employee-per-month) model. You’re allowed to invite only those employees in the contract. If you need to add more employees, don’t hesitate to contact your account manager.”
