What is Calmerry e-therapy?

We are committed to offering everyone the best possible experience with our platform and therapists. If you are not satisfied, you can request a new therapist using the change therapist flow in your Calmerry account.

Generally, refunds for unused time are not granted, but we review each refund request on a case-by-case basis to resolve any issue you may have. We may offer you the following: help you find a new Counselor, extend your subscription with Calmerry at no additional cost to you, or issue a partial or full refund when applicable at Calmerry’s discretion.

How does the service work?

Here’s your guide to Calmerry e-counseling:
1. Create an account and complete a 3-minute survey.
2. Decide on a subscription plan. Currently, we offer monthly, quarterly and biannual plans.
3. Get matched with an online therapist and start therapy. Usually, it takes up to 24 hours.
4. Follow the therapist's guidelines and track your progress.

For sure, you can ask questions, leave feedback, and gain insights about your results.

How much do I have to pay?

Calmerry is a subscription-based service. As long as you use our platform, all our subscription fees are automatically charged every month (except our weekly package).

Includes unlimited messaging therapy with a licensed therapist for 1 week.

2.Message Therapy

Includes unlimited messaging therapy with a licensed therapist for 1 month. Your chat space is open 24/7, and you can contact your therapist at any time. The daily response is guaranteed.

Monthly cost: $211.96

3.Message + Video Therapy.

Includes unlimited messaging therapy with a professional therapist for 1 month + 4 video live sessions (30 minutes each). Your chat space is open 24/7, you can contact your therapist at any time. The daily response is guaranteed.
Billed weekly: $89.99 -
Monthly cost: $359.96

Are Calmerry therapists licensed?

At Calmerry, you will only be matched with a vetted licensed therapist from your state.

Our therapists are trained, licensed, and experienced clinical psychologists, marriage and family therapists (LMFT), clinical social workers (LCSW/LMSW), or licensed professional counselors (LPC). All of them have a Masters Degree or a Doctorate Degree in their field. They have been qualified and certified by their state's professional board after completing the necessary education, exams, training, and practice.

How long should I wait to get matched with a counselor?

After you pay for your subscription, we will start the matching process. Usually, therapists are assigned within 24 hours. However, sometimes we may ask clients to wait a bit longer.

Do you have a free trial?

Our prices are already very affordable. Therefore, we do not have free trials. You can try our platform by purchasing the Therapy Journey Start package just for $59.95.

Is it possible to change a therapist?

Yes. If you’re not happy with your match, you can contact our support team via a live chat or through [email protected] and provide them with a valid reason for assigning a new therapist.

How do I cancel my account?

If you want to stop having therapy sessions, you can simply cancel the auto-charge billing. Since all your information is encrypted, you do not need to worry about having an account.

However, if you still wish to cancel the account, you can reach out to our support team. Please specify the reason for canceling, and our team will do everything for you.

What are the refund policies?

Calmerry is committed to offering everyone the best possible experience with our platform and therapists. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a new therapist through your Calmerry account settings (change therapist flow).

Calmerry acts as a platform arranging professional services for its clients, and counselors providing the service through the platform are paid through their arrangement with Calmerry. Generally, refunds for unused time are not granted, much like in cases with other professional medical services.

Your refund request will be evaluated by Calmerry on a case by case basis to resolve any issue you may have, with the options of helping you find a new Counselor, extending your subscription with Calmerry at no additional cost to you or issuing a partial or full refund when applicable at Calmerry’s discretion.

Is Calmerry covered by insurance?

Calmerry services are not generally covered by Medicare and Medicaid. If your insurer is a private company, you can call your insurance company directly and ask them what your plan covers. Don’t worry if Calmerry is not covered by your insurance. Our subscription fees are comparable with co-pays in most insurance plans.
