I just needed some guidance and put on the right track, and I feel i've gotten that plus some.. i don't speak it with the counselor very often. But being able to message him at any time and getting a response pretty quickly, if not by the next day, is awesome for those days that I need. It's also nice to have someone you can talk to. That is outside of your normal life and to provide guidance.

I would love to see more positive emotions and some positive bodily feelings in the Coa daily check-ins. This would help to see progress and would really help each client see for themselves that they are improving.

In the Coa daily check-ins, I feel it would be good to include some symptoms or how are you/your body feeling items that are positive. So many of them focus on negative feelings with only a couple positive ones like “happiness,” “content,” and “interest.” Having some positive things to choose may help clients to see their own progress when they get to start clicking on more happy items and not just always the same negative ones.
