Do you accept insurance?
While Calmerry doesn’t work with insurance companies directly, you can always ask for a receipt that you can use for partial or full reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Do you offer financial aid?
We have financial aid options to support long-term therapy for those in need. Depending on your current situation, we can offer you up to a 30% discount for the 3 months of therapy with any plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, we offer flexibility to adjust your plan as needed. You can change your plan straight from your account, and the changes will occur during the next billing period.
How long are video sessions?
A typical video session at Calmerry lasts 30 minutes. If you want to, you can chain sessions back to back to make a longer session.
What if I need more videos?
If you feel like you need more video sessions, you can always purchase additional ones.
Do you have a free plan?
We don’t have any free therapy plan. However, our platform is open for everyone without an active subscription. You can use a mood tracker, guided journaling, and a library with helpful resources for free.
What about cancelations and refunds?
You’re free to cancel anytime. However, if you were to cancel after therapy had already started, we’ll be able to refund you only for unused sessions during the first 7 days. Still, we consider each case individually – so be sure to contact us.
