I was a bit skeptical about video therapy but Calmerry managed to turn me around. The convenience of “going” to therapy from the comfort of my home is honestly a game-changer. My therapist is nice and attentive, and I think we are really hitting it off. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I didn’t expect much from online therapy. But I was pleasantly surprised. They matched me with a counselor in an hour and gave me access to their library with self-care materials. I exchange messages with my therapist every day, and I also started to work with worksheets. Thinking about trying a video package, but messages have also worked well so far.

It depends on the nature and severity of your condition and the type of treatment provided. Each person’s experience of psychotherapy will be different, and the time it takes to see an improvement will also vary. Sometimes even slight changes are quite visible, but the majority of clients report feeling better after 3 months of therapy. It takes time for therapy to work because ingrained habits and interpersonal patterns are not quick to change. To benefit from a therapy process, you need to actively engage in the treatment, complete assignments between sessions, and be honest with your counselor when describing symptoms and situations.
