Jenna has worked with individuals with a range of struggles including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and substance abuse. Jenna has a strong background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, and uses an integrative approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Jenna strives to show up authentically for her clients, and to create a safe, supportive space conducive to growth and healing.
