Calmerry, recognized by Forbes as one of the top platforms that offers online therapy for anxiety in 2024, is happy to announce numerous enhancements to support the therapists who partner with the platform. 

The aim of these updates, which were presented within the last year, is to enhance therapeutic alliance between qualified therapists and clients, simplify processes for a more convenient experience, and address the needs of mental health professionals.

The therapist’s account now includes an updated Performance System, which was introduced to improve commitment and motivation and, in turn, improve customer cooperation. The platform has also initiated a new monitoring process to trace interactions with Calmerian clients. This update will ensure high and consistent quality without breaching HIPAA.

Also, video tutorials were introduced to the enhanced onboarding experience for new and present-day therapists. Moreover, one-on-one sessions with a Personal Manager are now available for mental health professionals. This option is aimed to provide therapists with personalized support and, in case of any problems, resolve them right away.

The platform was also improved in terms of taking into account therapists’ input and preferences. Their suggestions were added to the product roadmap so that future platform enhancements will fess up to their needs. 

The verification process has also been upgraded and now includes checks through Psypact. This update ensures that therapists are fully equipped to support their clients on their recovery journey.
