BUT you can still seek reimbursement for our online therapy services through your insurance plan. 

Calmerry can provide you with a receipt on-demand, which you can then submit to your insurance provider for potential partial or full reimbursement. 

But, please, contact your insurance provider first to verify if they cover online therapy services.

How to claim a receipt

  1. Contact your insurance provider. Reach out to your insurance provider and inquire about their coverage policies for online therapy services. Ask if they cover services from Calmerry and what documentation or requirements they need.
  2. Request a receipt from Calmerry. If your insurance provider covers online therapy services, contact Calmerry’s support team – via live chat or at [email protected]. We usually respond within 5 minutes, on business days. And request a receipt for your sessions. Be sure to provide any necessary information or documentation required by your insurance provider.
  3. Submit the receipt to your insurance provider. After receiving the receipt from Calmerry, submit it to your insurance provider following their specified procedures. They will then process the claim and reimburse you according to your coverage plan.
  4. Use Calmerry’s services. With the reimbursement from your insurance provider, you can continue using Calmerry’s online therapy services while benefiting from the coverage provided by your insurance plan.

What to do if my provider doesn’t cover online therapy?

If your insurance provider doesn’t cover online therapy services, Calmerry is still an affordable option for those who pay out-of-pocket.
